Hi friends ! I’ve decided to once again raise much-needed funds to support Lifeline. Their counsellors provide a vital service for people trying to manage grief, addiction, abuse and in many cases suicide prevention. They receive over a million contacts a year. This year i have decided to attempt the longest and most challenging route, the 104 kilometre ride which takes in the extra difficult section West Head.
